Meaningful change is not easy.
After over two decades working to advance health and transforming systems, I uncovered that real, sustainable change goes beyond education and metrics—it requires authentic connection, curiosity, and the willingness to engage with complexity.
Witnessing increasing polarization and a reluctance to embrace new ideas, I founded Collective Well to support individuals, groups, and organizations to build self-awareness, resilience, and co-create transformation for collective flourishing and true impact.
My path began with a deep appreciation for the power of caring for our health, first as a young athlete and later as a Registered Dietitian. Early on, I provided direct patient care in hospitals and private practice, focusing on nutrition and holistic wellness strategies. What inspired me most was seeing how food and health serve as social and cultural connectors and powerful agents of change that can improve our lives, our communities and our institutions.
As I encountered the broader challenges within healthcare and food systems, my work evolved. I became passionate about addressing not only individual health but also the systems and policies that shape our collective well-being. This led me to leadership roles within the global non-profit sector, where I guided transformative, systems-level initiatives across thousands of health facilities throughout the globe.
A Foundation in Personal and Systemic Wellness
An Innovative Relationship-Centered Approach
At Collective Well I challenge individuals and organizations to consider how they may think and relate differently - to themselves, their colleagues, and the work at hand. Whether working one-on-one, facilitating group workshops, or guiding organizational transformation, services blend evidence-based wellness and behavior change strategies with decades of experience designing programs and systems-level transformation.
Driving purposeful impact
I believe that authentic human connection is essential to meaningful, lasting change. My rich experience in people management across cultures, advanced yoga teacher training, and mindfulness practice have all deepened my commitment to inner development and collective growth. I leverage the cutting edge science of the Inner Development Goals framework and weave practices of self-reflection into my work, supporting resilience and authentic transformation.
In a world where change can be daunting, I invite you to join me in building wellbeing and impact through authentic connection, mindful strategy, and a shared vision for a healthier, more interconnected future.
I’m glad you found me!
