As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, I offer evidence-based medical nutrition therapy for all health conditions paired with mindfulness stress management strategies. 

  • Leadership & Staff Coaching

    Grounded in self-reflection and mindfulness, we uncover your personal strengths and passions to dispel roadblocks to success and well-being. The support is crafted to align with personal or organizational professional development strategies to achieve an improvement in individual and collective effectiveness. You will feel empowered to align your personal well-being with your aspirations, enabling you to show up more fully in all aspects of your life.
